* = Website Content: Base website includes up to 7 pages. Additional content pages incur and additional charge.  Website content must be submitted to SmartSiteNow in electronic format (MS Word, email, or Word Perfect). Content must be formatted and spell-checked prior to submission. Page length to be no more than one 8.5 x 11 sheet per page. Client may submit up to 2 images per page.

** = Change: A change is considered an update or edit to some element within existing page content. For instance, a change of text on a page, changing out an advertised special, or replacing an image on a page is a change. A change may also include adding a new page with Client-submitted content, and adding a link in the navigation.

A change does not include adding new items such as new photo galleries, content writing or research, custom graphics, Flash, etc. Changes must be submitted and will be incorporated one change at a time via email. One change may not be of such a technical nature that it takes over one hour of  labor. For changes that take over one hour, the difference in time will be charged at an hourly rate and automatically billed to the credit cart on record for the Client. SmartSiteNow will notify Client of the possibility of extended time to a submitted change before any work is done, and Client will have the opportunity to approve the additional time. Changes take up to 4 – 5 business days to process.
