1. How can you build your websites so cheap?
   We can offer these great websites at a low cost because we have built an internal process which has reduced the build time. With reduced time to build the website, we can offer lower prices.

3. Where is your company located? Am I dealing with someone from overseas?
   We are located in Chino Valley, Arizona. We keep all work in-house. We use hosting companies located in the United States as well.
4. What if I need help later?
   The great thing about dealing with SmartSiteNow.com is that we are actually run by a full-service web design company. Our parent company, AIM – Arizona Internet Marketing, LLC, is a full service web design agency. We can offer services well above and beyond the base Small Business Website. If you need help down the road, we are here.
5. What about the search engines? Will my site get listed?
   Your new website will work well in the search engines. We do not promise any specific rankings, because rankings are based largely on page text. You are ultimately responsible for your page text and website updates. We do offer various levels of upgrades that will help your site succeed in the search engines. See our pricing page for details.
6. Where do you get your designs?
   All of our designs are purchased directly from talented designers. We are careful to pay license fees and follow all requirements as set forth by the various designers.
7. What kind of content management (CMS) software do you use?
   Our websites are designed with WordPress software. It is open source, and there are countless resources for help, plug-in applications and other cool things. The site is open source, and you can access your files if you ever need to.
8. What if I’m unhappy with your service?
   We are so sure that you will be happy with our service that we will say that if you ever want to move your website to a different host, we will be more than happy to accommodate that. Your website is a real website – not some hosted application that gives you no liberties. If you ever want to move your website, we will provide all login information necessary for you to transfer your entire website to a service provider of your choice. But we have never had a client want to move their Small Business CMS website.
9. If I no longer want my website, can I cancel my service?
   Absolutely. There is no minimum or maximum time you have to keep your website online. Your $49.95 per month covers your hosting and email services (among other things). If you no longer want your site, simply let us know via email and we will discontinue billing. You will then no longer be responsible for your website.
